Family Tours & Travels is our attempt to share with you the physical
and human landscape of the world we call home. From the far northwestern
Himalayan valleys of Nepal (ethnically Tibetan) to the center of Lhasa
we have family; for 1200 years we have been living amidst the mountains
and plateaus to which we can now bring you-- as extended family. Our
tradition is based in generosity and compassion: we will take care
of you! Our intimate knowledge of the Himalaya region is unsurpassed,
making your journey safe and joyous. W e provide local crews to provide high level services for our valued clients. Our main attempt is to make more employment to local people who have problem of basic needs. We use from our small profit to bring up the child life in trans himalayan region. We always make focus how to bring up the peoples life. |

 Pema
Tsering, Managing Director, was born in a traditional village in remote Humla, the borderland of Nepal and Tibet. He speaks five languages fluently and holds a BA from Pashupati Multiple Campus. He began work as a guide in the Himalayas, logging 10 treks to Kailash and Lake Manasarovar, including the even more distant kingdoms of Guge and Tsaprang as well as the relatively accessible Everest Base Camp North and its flanking Kharta Valley. He then became manager of a Kathmandu travel agency where for 2 years he learned the office details that ensure an umbrella of security for clients as they head into "the field." |
